Lisa Smit is described as committed, incisive and practical with a human approach.
Lisa deals with:
(Individual) dismissal law
- Restructuring
- Labor law triangular relationships (such as temping/detachment) and the Waadi
- Sham independence
- Other issues of employment law.
Lisa started as an employment lawyer in 2019 and was sworn in as a lawyer in February March 2022. She studied Law and Notarial Law at Leiden University and also spent a semester studying at Charles University in Prague, followed with a master's degree in Labor Law at VU University Amsterdam. During her studies, she worked at various firms in support positions.
In her free time, she enjoys running and traveling.
Lisa has registered the following area of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association: Labor law.
Pursuant to this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points in this area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
