As part of our services, we process personal data. We consider it important to handle this data with care. In this Privacy Policy we explain what personal data we collect, how we do this, how long we keep it, with whom we share it and what your rights in this regard are. Adnani & Van den Eeckhout Advocaten is the data controller (as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation) with respect to the personal data it processes. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and will always post the most recent version of this Privacy Policy on our website. This Privacy Policy was prepared in January 2025.

Personal data

Among other things, we process (personal) data of clients and potential clients, such as contact and identification data (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, data about your visit to our website, personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of a job application and all other personal data relating to you that you provide to us or that we can obtain. This includes client bank details and data in client documentation, such as employment relationships, information on pay slips, financial data, etc.
We collect this personal data because you have provided it to us. For example, when entering into an agreement with us, by entering your data on our website, by giving us your business card or by applying for a job. We may also obtain your personal data from other sources, such as other lawyers, counterparties, the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce or by using public sources.
